Hi I’m Fos

I’m a certified NLP Master Practitioner and mental health coach who focuses on creating happy, fulfilled and obstacle-free lives.

I’ve spent a lot of time (a lot!) researching the path to happiness through formal learning, meditation, therapy, neurolinguistic research, drugs, classes, and asking anyone who would listen. After many years of searching, I realised the most important lesson of all: happiness is a learned skill.

And anyone can learn!
